All CloudTrain products, including training modules, templates, and digital resources, are delivered electronically.

  • Once access is granted, the product is considered consumed.

  • Due to the intangible nature of digital content, all purchases are generally non-refundable.


2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate payment or accidental multiple transactions

  • Technical issues preventing access that cannot be resolved by our support team

  • Unauthorized transactions (subject to verification)

All refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase.


3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase

Since CloudTrain products are digital and access is provided instantly:

  • Orders cannot be canceled once access is granted

  • For subscription-based services (if applicable), cancellation will apply to future billing cycles only

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be processed within 5–10 business days

  • The amount will be credited back to the original payment method

  • Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider
