CloudTrain delivers all training modules, lab environments, and documentation through a secure cloud-based dashboard. No physical materials are shipped.
Access Timeline
Access is typically granted immediately after payment. Some services may require additional setup:
- Immediate Access: Courses, digital resources, documentation
- 24–48 Hours: Custom labs, enterprise setups, mentored sessions
Account Setup Requirements
Users must maintain an active account with a valid email. Ensure emails from CloudTrain are not blocked to avoid delivery issues.
Delivery Confirmation
A confirmation email is sent once access is provisioned, including transaction details and access links.
