This policy outlines how CloudTrain delivers access to its digitalproducts and services.

All Cloud Train products are delivered digitally. No physical shipping is involved.

Cloud Train utilizes state-of-the-art cloud infrastructure to provide seamless delivery of industrial training modules, cloud laboratory environments, and enterprise documentation. Upon successful completion of a transaction or subscription enrollment, all assets are provisioned within your secure Cloud Train Dashboard. No hardware, physical discs, or printed manuals will be dispatched to physical addresses.

Standard access to self-paced courses and digital resources is typically granted immediately upon payment confirmation. However, certain specialized services may follow a distinct timeline:
To ensure successful delivery, users must maintain an active CloudTrain account verified via an official corporate or professional email address. Delivery of specialized training tokens or license keys is tied directly to the Unique Identifier (UID) of your profile. It is the user’s responsibility to ensure that email filters allow communications from the cloudtrain.com domain to prevent delivery notification failures.
A “Delivery Confirmation” receipt is automatically generated and dispatched to your registered email address the moment access is provisioned. This receipt includes your transaction ID, a summary of the provisioned resources, and a direct link to the CloudTrain Access Portal. Please retain this digital receipt for your compliance and internal auditing records.
While we strive for instantaneous delivery, delays may occur during scheduled system maintenance, third-party payment gateway latency, or verification of large-scale enterprise licenses. In the event of a system-wide delivery delay exceeding 4 hours, CloudTrain will issue a status update via the System Status dashboard and primary communication channels.
If you have not received access to your digital products within the specified timeline, or if your dashboard fails to reflect your recent purchase, our technical response team is available to assist you.
